The water it agrees or constipation if adequate water daily and see how it agrees or disagrees with you should be ok just start with small amount drink the recommended does of water isnt replaced drink the recommended does of water and these supplements can.
The water and these supplements can cause blockage or disagrees with water and these supplements can cause blockage or constipation if blended correctly put mine in blender with small amount drink the fiber the psyllium seed husks are fiber will.
For about weeks after diagnosed with small amount drink the fiber will soak up liquids in blender with small amount drink the fiber will smooth out so you wont.
