I married someone with a B2 visitors visa, Which immigration forms will i need to submit for her?

My wife is from Jamaica and I married her on a B2 vistor visa, There are so many forms on the immigration website, I just dont know which one I need to submit for her. Can anyone help?

    good luck with that one. difficult to tangle thru a marriage with a visitor’s visa. get a lawyer.

    For alien relative and filing fee.
    The uscis website is done right and in timely fashion as you would need to start with i130 petition for alien relative.

    Your wife needs to apply for “Adjustment of Status to Permanent Residence” and she needs a “Petition for Alien Relative” from you (as well as a financial I-864).
