How to get excel forms to send there data to another sheet?

Is there anyway to make a form on a spreadsheet to send the data entered into it to another sheet without keep overwriting the same row?
Any ideas at all are welcome because I’m completely stuck! thanks
I cannot unfortunatly use a database system for this work even thou it would be easier. My course states I have got to used excel
