How do I fix an online form that is disappearing once someone hits submit?

I have a website built in Sitebuilder. The registration form was tested when it was updated for this year’s event and the test form went through to the right email. Now, they can fill it out, hit submit, and it never gets anywhere!! ahhhhh! Help!
